Pause Wild & Well Retreat

1. Reservation & Deposit

A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $750.00 USD is required at the time of booking to secure your place in the retreat. This deposit will be applied toward your total retreat balance. Submission of the deposit and your signature on this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of all terms below.

2. Non-Refundable Deposit

The $750.00 deposit is STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Personal illness, injury, or medical emergency
• Family emergency or bereavement
• Travel delays, cancellations, or disruptions
• Changes in personal schedule or financial circumstances
• Any other reason whatsoever

3. Non-Transferable Deposit

The $750.00 deposit is STRICTLY NON-TRANSFERABLE and may not be:

• Applied to a future retreat or program offered by Pause Wild & Well Retreat
• Transferred to another participant in your place
• Converted to a credit, gift certificate, or store credit
• Applied toward any other product or service

4. Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to jolie@pausedurango.com. The cancellation date is the date Pause Wild & Well Retreat receives written notice.

5. Balance Payment

The remaining balance (total retreat cost minus the $750.00 deposit) is due no later than 60 days prior to the retreat start date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in forfeiture of your reserved spot and deposit, without further notice.

6. Retreat Cancellation by Pause Wild & Well Retreat

In the unlikely event that Pause Wild & Well Retreat cancels a retreat, all participants will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including the deposit. Pause Wild & Well Retreat is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.

7. Modifications

Pause Wild & Well Retreat reserves the right to modify retreat content, schedule, instructors, or venue. Such modifications do not entitle participants to a refund.
